Hot Desking accounts allow users to work from any computer on the network, by entering their PIN into a web based form which then applies their access rules and settings to the IP address they are connecting
from. Hot desk accounts are added and configured in the same way as standard IP addresses, and are suitable for DHCP environments.
If someone providing desktop support requires more access than the user receiving support currently has, they can login to their hot desk account which will give them the access required need until they
have finished carrying out the work.
