Remote Access - PPTP
Remote workers can access your network by connecting in over the internet using PPTP VPN accounts with a standard Windows networking connection. IP addresses assigned to PPTP accounts belong
to a "PPTP" site, which has all of the firewalling and access control benefits as a standard ADSL/leased line site. Users simply connect to a Control Zone IP address which handles authentication and
establishes the connection.
Remote Access - IPSec
To connect an office to Control Zone that isn't linked in with an ADSL/leased line, it is possible to use IPSec with pre-shared keys.
