Full Professional Project Management is supplied by our own experienced Project Management who will have overall responsibility for the project.

The commissioning of an integrated communications solution with minimum disruption to your core activities is a complex process. Coordinating the installation of lines, potentially over multiple sites, is a project in itself, requiring specialist management. Combining this with the design, installation and configuring of communication switching equipment, you can see why the application of specialist management is vital. Pro-Net will draw up and agree a complete project plan for you and manage against that plan to ensure a smooth installation with the minimum of fuss and disruption.

The Project Manager will communicate regularly with all relevant parties, track the project and activities using MS Project and provide documentation such as meeting minutes and action plans as required.
