These range from telephone hotline support through to comprehensive on-site support packages with guaranteed response times for mission critical installations. A computerised logging and tracking system control all work requests. A team of highly trained, highly skilled, qualified technicians delivers excellence in technical service.

Our service contracts are as flexible as your business is unique. We've listed the most popular arrangements below, but we'd be happy to create something individual for you.

Gold

24 Hour Service

To provide maintenance service for equipment 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The maximum response time for a standard fault is 8 operational hours and the maximum response time to a system fault is 4 operational hours.

Silver

Premium Services

To provide maintenance service for the equipment from 09.00 hours to 18.00 hours Mondays to Saturdays exclusive of national and Bank Holidays.

The maximum response time for a standard fault will be 8 operational hours and the maximum response time to a system fault will be 4 operational hours.

Bronze

Standard Service

To provide maintenance service for the equipment from 09.00 hours to 18.00 hours Mondays to Fridays exclusive of national and Bank Holidays.

The maximum response time for a standard fault will be 10 operational hours and the maximum response time to a system fault will be 4 operational hours.
