Delivery Policy
Pro-Net services are automatically delivered to you electronically upon receipt of payment and after any required work has been carried out by engineers. The delivery of services to you will be deemed to be completed, when for example, your internet connection has been setup and is live.
Refunds
In the event that you are not happy with the service provided, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase of the service stating the reasons why the service did not live up to your expectations. We will provide a full refund following internal investigations to determine whether the service was in an unsatisfactory state at the time of your usage.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a service, please give us 60 days notifcation via email, fax, or letter.
Transaction Currency
All transactions will be processed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).
